We want you to be fully satisfied with your CD PROJEKT RED Gear; if your new apparel or accessories aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal to ensure faster processing.

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt.
